冻品:任何需要冷藏和冷冻食品一旦在配送当日接受一律不予退换(除非是错误产品)。

Note:
Buyer has the responsibility to make sure the shipping address, telephone number and email has been enter correctly when filling out the information.
If you do require changing the designated address for the order, you must notify us by email/ telephone about the change you want to make. It is free of charge if the parcel has not been dispatch. In the occasion of order has been dispatched, the buyer has to pay for the cost to get the parcel deliver to the right address.
Customers are responsible to pay for re-delivery charge if the courier failed to deliver due to no one at home to sign for parcel. Extra postage cost also occurs of failed delivery. The additional cost includes the cost of the return parcel and the cost of the re-delivery, please see below for more details:
Please note, if the parcel is free of postage charger and is returned to seller but require for re-delivery due to error of shipping address or missed delivery attempts. The buyer will require to pay for the cost associated with the return and re-delivery charge . In the occasion of order has been dispatched, but the buyer would like to cancel order; refund will be made to buyer after deduction of delivery charge.

Fresh and Frozen products
We are not accept any return and refund request for Fresh and Frozen products once it’s been delivered and accepted by the buyer. Make sure you check all the goods on the day of delivery especially the fresh and frozen products. If you have any issue with the product you can only can return to the driver immediately at the time of delivery.

产品问题

地址错误
如您在订单里提供错误的地址,或者错误的邮编而导致包裹或被运输公司摧毁,将无法申请退款或者重新发货。如果包裹退回如您要求再次发货,配送费用将全部由您承担。
Refunds and returns
Return an Item
Return any item within 14 days of receiving delivery of your order, for purchases made through our online store. Please note that any postage costs incurred when returning your items during this period will be at your own cost, unless the item is damaged, or was sent in error.

This policy does not extend to any items which have been opened or whose seal has been broken, perishable items (such as chilled, bakery or vegetable items), . Items must be returned in pristine and resalable condition. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund by PayPal or directly to you bank
Incorrect Item
The item was incorrectly supplied. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund will be given, we might ask to send back the item postage are covered.
- It must be in pristine and resalable condition.
Canned Item
1. Canned item wrap with bubble material for protection purposes. However, Canned item could be dented due to external forces or internal bumping during delivery. There would be no refund on these cases. Please kindly consider before purchasing.
Damaged Items
While we are very careful when we pack the boxes, delicate items can occasionally get damaged during transit. If you have received any damaged items, please accept our apologies and contact us as soon as possible - with photo prove of damage goods so we can arrange a refund or to resend the item.
Receiving the parcels
If delivery is delayed by delivery failed, any reason of no one at home, telecom issue, or courier issues, Customer are responsible to instruct the delivery for alternative delivery.
Wrong Address
Is customers responsibility to provide the correct address, in the case of providing incorrect address parcels might be destroyed by the carrier and we are not able to issue refund or resend a new parcel without repayment.
