Mushrooms Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce is a great stir-fry sauce made with shiitake mushrooms to give extra umami flavour to your dish. It is a vegan and vegetarian version of 'Oyster Sauce'. 

Excellent noodles and vegetables stir-fry sauce. Simply stir-fry 300g vegetables with 2 tbsp of the sauce to taste the difference. Also great as a marinade, seasoning for stews and in sauce mix for vegetables and meats.
